1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Dental Strategy Institute website, calculators, tools, books, guides, courses, downloads, or any other content or products (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational purpose only — not professional advice

All content provided through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. Dental Strategy Institute (“DSI”), its founder, and any contributors are not attorneys, dentists, physicians, accountants, certified public accountants (CPAs), enrolled agents, financial advisors, investment advisors, tax professionals, or licensed professionals of any kind. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, dental, medical, accounting, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

The Services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional. You should consult a licensed attorney, dentist, physician, accountant, CPA, financial advisor, or other appropriate professional before making any decision based on the Services. Any reliance you place on the content, calculator outputs, or products is strictly at your own risk.

3. No professional relationship

Your use of the Services does not create any attorney-client, doctor-patient, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and DSI.

4. Estimates, accuracy, and changing laws

Calculators, models, and figures produce estimates based on the assumptions and inputs you provide and on information believed reliable at the time of publication. Results are illustrative only and are not guarantees of any outcome. Laws, regulations, loan programs, interest rates, tax rules, and reimbursement policies change frequently, and content may become outdated. DSI does not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances.

5. No warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. DSI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSI and its owners, officers, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSI’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to DSI for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50) if you paid nothing.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSI, its founder, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your reliance on any content, calculator output, or product; (c) any decision or action you take based on the Services; or (d) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, including text, guides, books, calculators, spreadsheets, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to DSI and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use products you purchase for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post DSI content without prior written permission.

9. Purchases and digital products

Prices and product descriptions are subject to change. Purchases are governed by the terms presented at checkout. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales may be final except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the point of sale.

10. Third-party links and programs

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, lenders, programs, or resources. DSI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and any reference is not an endorsement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Changes to these Terms

DSI may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
